Mr. Krause joined GFG in 1998. Mr. Krause represents both domestic and international government, and private sector clients, with over 20 years of experience conducting numerous financial transactions and research consulting studies. He specializes in land use and market research, cost estimation and pro forma analysis, project feasibility, forecast modeling, real estate valuation, economic and fiscal impact analysis, budgeting and capital planning, credit analysis and transaction, and financial management and policy. Mr. Krause has managed approximately 100 financings, totaling over $4.0 billion, and directed and participated in approximately 70+ research consulting studies. Mr. Krause is registered as a Municipal Advisor with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB).
